What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company, team size, the systems and monitoring tools you run, and whether DORA or NIS2 apply to you. We use it only to reply to you and to arrange and prepare the demo. The legal basis is your request (steps prior to a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying.

Who handles it

The website and the form are hosted by Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia). Your request is sent to us as an email by Brevo (France). Our mailbox is forwarded by our domain registrar, Namecheap, and read in Google's Gmail. Namecheap and Google may process the email outside the EU; where they do, they rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for 24 months, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or take a copy, by emailing hello@opsact.eu. You can also complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or the authority where you live.
