Who’s behind it

Who’s building OpsAct

OpsAct is early, and we’d rather tell you exactly who builds it than show a wall of faces.

Pádraig MurphyFounder

More than ten years in IT operations and automation, most recently designing AI and automation for enterprise IT and network operations teams. Before that he led the automation of service desk and network operations at the UK’s largest telecoms operator. Pádraig started OpsAct for two reasons. In every one of those teams, the fix was rarely the hard part: finding the cause, and getting a safe change approved, was. And European companies had few options for this work that keep their data, and control of their systems, in Europe. OpsAct is built to be that option: EU-hosted, EU AI models by default, or run entirely on your own infrastructure.

He talks to every early customer himself, and you can reach him directly at hello@opsact.eu.

Engineering

Built by the founder with a team of AI coding agents. Every change is tested, and reviewed by separate agents, before it ships. Nothing an agent writes reaches the fix path without a person checking how it behaves.

Independent security engineers

Outside security engineers review the fix path and run a penetration test before any customer turns fixes on. We publish the summary.

Industry advisers

Operations and compliance leaders from regulated European companies, advising on what we build and how it fits your change process. Each one is named here once they’ve agreed to be listed.
